The serum samples of over 300 patients with primary Sjögren´s Syndrome (pSS) were investigate and compared with 50 healthy controls. CellTrend GmbH measured the IgG autoantibodies by ELISAs. The results showed significantly increased antibodies against M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 and CXCR3. The most abundant markers were anti-M2 and anti-CXCR3. Furthermore the presence of several disease manifestations (for example: peripheral nervous system involvement or glandular involvement) was associated with GPCR autoantibodies.
