CellTrend GmbH measured the IgG autoantibodies by ELISAs. The results showed significantly increased antibodies against M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 and CXCR3. The most abundant markers were anti-M2 and anti-CXCR3. Furthermore the presence of several disease manifestations (for example: peripheral nervous system involvement or glandular involvement) was associated with GPCR autoantibodies.
