Inflammatory test systems

CellTrend has been established in-vitro test systems on primary human leukocytes, whereby various subpopulations derived from human peripheral blood by density gradient centrifugation or by magnetic beat isolation are used:

• Neutrophils
• Monocytes
• Dendritic cells
• CD-4-Lymphocytes
• CD-8-Lymphocytes
• B-Lymphocytes
• Natural killer cells
